No Returns or Cancellations

All products sold on our store are made to order using a print-on-demand process. Each item is produced specifically for your order.

Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for orders due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other personal preferences.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the damage or defect

Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement or another appropriate solution at no additional cost.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. If possible, the order can be reshipped at the customer's expense.
