3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in the selected currency and include or exclude taxes as required by applicable law. Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout unless otherwise stated.

4. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product availability issues.

5. Payment

Payment must be completed before production begins. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

6. Shipping

Orders are produced and shipped according to our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

7. Returns & Refunds

As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or another appropriate solution where applicable.
